MONDO screwdriver?

I'm planning on pulling out blower motor on '90 Audi 100. I've
checked the instructions here:
http://www.audifans.com/archives/1997/08/msg02239.html.

Luckily, it does not include dancing around fire with steak knives in
your teeth, but for me (as a european) the "MONDO screwdriver" is
still a mistery. Google didn't give any info on that, maybe someone
could explain what it looks like?
