High idle, problem with idle air motor

Right - there is no double ISV with the older 4KQ system.  

I'm guessing you used the MC-1/MAC-11 or earlier but similar version or the engine
management.  I think similar double relay (Idle Stabilizer Control Unit) is being used.

I was thinking more about this.  I do recall using the double relay base control unit,
but I just looked at the 4k Bentley and it looks like the ECU controlled this on the 4k.
Other 4k owners out there am I remembering correct?  If so I must have used the 5kt unit
when I built it.  It has been a while so it is hard to remember back that far.  I don't
think the new owner has extra 5k parts to swap out.  I guess I need to find my 5k manual
and check for troubleshooting steps.
