Yes, change the timing belt, water pump, idler, tensioner and damper-also oil 
seals if they are leaking. The engine should have been maintained only with 
synthetic oil. The problems caused by poor oil maintenance are numerous, just 
try Google, there will be more bad reports than you can or will want to read.
