You might take a look at:

A lot of people have had success using a good pneumatic impact wrench.
They seem to provide the torque needed to turn the nut without turning
the crank.

Installation is more about getting enough torque on the nut to make
sure it doesn't back off. People have used extensions to multiply
the force their torque wrench can handle.  Others are happy with
the insurance of some LocTite.
