SylJay,
I really wouldn't worry about the special tool. The torque on that bolt
is better expressed as "huge". What most of us have done quite
successfully is just use a four foot (or so) length of pipe slipped over
our favorite breaker bar, and then pretty much hang our weight on it.
Even the type 85 cars, with their non-removable front aprons, have
enough room to set up such a device.
At a 45 degree angle, the torque of even a 150-pound monkey on the bar
ends up being about .7 * 4 * 150 = plenty. There's no worry of breaking
the bolt, since it's about 3/4" of an inch thick.
Lesser 1/2" breaker bars, however, might break. Good ones won't.
