Nostalgia

I still have the 5ktq that prompted me to join this list over 10
years ago. And I remember the first piece of advice I got (while
lurking) that saved me money: Why there is an interaction between
dash lights and license plate lights I'll never understand.
I think Dan Simoes had a CoupeGT back then... Unka Bart lived in my
neck of the woods (Annapolis as I recall) and had a V8 Tres for a
while (Quattro menos Uno).
And as I recollect, that Huw bloke mighta had a Coupe too - probably
moved on to RS4's by now...
I've always preferred Audifans over Audiworld because the list comes to me.
I suppose the e-mail volume slowed when the list splintered. Anyone
want to discuss the vices and virtues of TorSen? I wonder, if
someone added up all the e-mails from all the lists, what the total would be.
Hope to see some of you in a few weeks at Carlisle...
Later,
Arryn
