Nostalgia

Huw,
How true. While I was driving back from a small get-together last night of
the West-Toronto Audifans group (which met here but posts on Yahoo), I was
thinking about how I used to spend copious time at alt.autos.audi....then
reading the constant stream of quattro Digests from Audifans....and now I
spend a fair amount of time on (dare I say it Brent?) Audiw0r1d as well as
reading the dwindling q-Digests. It seems that way back in time....when
advice was offered for a troubleshooting request, people seemed to follow
advice and check what was suggested.....it seems that today when advice is
offered, the requester often chooses the easiest thing to check and ignores
the more difficult stuff.
Cheers!
