  It's not an expensive part, (around $40) but it's a pain to install. 

  Also, have you visited www.sjmautotechnik.com ?  If you go to the section "The Secrets of High Boost" and go through all of the checkouts suggested by Scott Mockry as a pre-boost checkout, you'll find lots of tests and answers for this. I know it worked for me.
