Ok well i looked even further in depth yesterday, and found out a few interesting things. I ran the output tests on my car, and everything is working. I lifted up on the air metering plate while the fuel pump was running and i heard my injectors squeal. There are no leaks from the MM hose, and all of my other major vacuum lines are not leaking. I have my idle screw out to the point that the o-ring is barely touching the IM, and the car starts now. It runs pretty badly for the first few seconds of running but it does start. I have the screw taped down so i don't lose another one. I hooked up a dvm to the ISV as per SJM's site, and i was getting about .44 average amps with the key off. With key on, was getting about 20 amps, but it was fluctuating as low as 9 and as high as twenty five. Same with the engine running. If i unplug the green wire off the coil(which i have done in the past with no problem) the car stalls out pretty quickly. I was thinking that perhaps my ISV control unit is bad.

Also one other thing that i tested was my frequency valve duty cycle. I borrowed a friends duty cycle scanner and hooked it up. At idle i was getting about 5% average duty cycle. According to SJM it should be about 46%....

Any thoughts on this?
