Type 44 Fuel Pump failures and codes 2142 and 2342

The fuel pump on the 89 200TQA started to give quiet notice.  Not sure if
this has been noted before but the ECU did give me Knock Sensor (2142) and
O2 sensor (2342) fault codes as the pump started to fail to deliver enough
fuel at WOT.  Pump started to give almost immediately after the codes showed
up!  Hopefully this saves someone from calling AAA or the like.
