Hydraulic Oil Reservoir

Hi all,

 

In the round hydraulic oil reservoir by the fire wall there is a cylinder
shaped filter inside, I assume the oil flows from the outside perimeter and
flows through filter towards the middle down to hole at bottom and out
through hose to hydraulic oil pump, I changed the oil in this reservoir and
cleaned the black film from the inside wall and the sediment on the bottom.
I use Esso Univis J13 or HVI13 oil for the last 3 years.
