Interesting low speed vibration, 5KQ and 5KTQ

I once had a similar vibration in the 200TQA, I could swear was a
U-joint.  I didn't really chase it, ended up being the emergency brake
was causing the vibration.  Replaced the adjuster and one cable (still
worked, but they were a bit rusty) and vibration went away.
