The ad says it is chipped, but as most of you probably already know,
chipping a non-turbo car really doesn't change that much when it comes to
performance. IA's website claims "up to 10% gain and "smoother than stock
for their V8 chip. The stock HP on the V8 is 240 for the 1990. The ad claims
270 HP, so slightly above to the 10% gain. . .feasible if everything is
running perfectly. But a far cry from the power you could coax out of an S
car or turbocharged 5000.

Still, it seems like a nice example. Although I'm not quite sure what the
seller means by "excellent for camping." ;-)
