apparent lean running issue?

Simple gadget to build and use. Get a 5-6 inch
long piece of 3" PVC pipe and a cap for said
pipe. Drill appropriate sized hole in cap for
tire valve. Inserft tire valve and then use PVC
cleaner/cement to attach cap to pipe.

Now disconnect induction hose from MAF and clamp
it onto your new pipe. Pressurize the system
with shop air to perhaps about almost sorta close
to (;-)) 10 psig. If it won't hold air at all
look for a big leak. If it will hold some air
listen for snakes hissing and follow the sounds to the leak.

I can send a photo if you want/need it.
