I feel the Audi Club / ACNA should work for its membership.

Four Audi volunteers and regional club leaders have been left off the 2008 ACNA ballot:

You got a ballot in your Quattro Quarterly magazine with 6 candidates on it when ~10 submitted.

There was a date change and a lot of issues about that.

A date change the ACNA BoD voted for ~ 30 days after the -moved- submission "deadline."

A July 31 nominations "cut off" date voted for on September 2.?

Only ACNA members can read the club minutes on audiclubna.org after singing in on the members section.

Reading the minutes is only partially enlightening.

Ohio Valley leader Craig and KC's own Kris were left OFF the ballot you got in the QQ magazine from the ACNA.

Don from RMC and Nick from NC (formerly NY) were too.? These are the only ones we know of.

Several of us not only feel this is wrong, but that the entire 2008 Nomination / election process is tainted.

PLEASE, if you're an ACNA member, check the Chicagoland, UT and New England (NAAC) support for the proxy letter here:

Print it out, read it and if you agree with it,

Also, take your QQ ballot, vote, and send it in.

There are two ways to a resolution, choose either one that suits you.

We know the Annual ACNA meeting is in FLA at Daytona, the Dec 14th weekend.

When and where are the remaining Q's as we can't find the info on the audiclubna.org web site as I post this.

If you're more curious,

ask me why when I traveled to the ACNA National office in Oconomowoc WI, Nov 14th, why

I couldn't get photo copies of the "books" or the 2007 ballots I requested to look at.

I gave the CPA 14 days notice and the ACNA & BoD & Attorney 7 days notice.

I was able to LOOK at some items and take some notes though.

FYI the "books" (990 filings) are public info on the internet, some years ( ~ 2004-1999 ) available for a fee.
