Max,

Brett Dikeman set it up and created the user names you see there.  When 
he ignored my request to be renamed without camelCaps I ignored it in a 
huff ;)

Special:AllPages shows about a screen full of article titles, I don't 
know what you  mean about it not being "launched"?

Also, I think signup is turned off to prevent vandalism.

Also also, my last reply on this thread bounced from your email address, 
so I don't know if you saw it.
