blower motor weirdness

unlikely since the only opening for the motor
is thru that little vent from the squirrel cage. 
I'll take a peek into the squirrel cage area also.

Can't see much in the motor brush hole but it looks clean.  
There's enough resistance in the turning of the motor that
low fan speed will not keep the fan running.  
Hi speed is more like normal.

I've sprayed some oil in that hole, but I'm pretty sure
it's not getting to where it needs to be.
