Yes, there is a fuse. It's 0.2A at 250V, 5x20mm.  My local Radio Shack doesn't
have one.

DigiKey says non-stock, $2 each, minimum of 5.  I'm not sure the DVM cost me
that much.  I'll try Mouser.com.
