Oh yeah, it's called "Stabil" and ought to be available at any FLAPS, 
even department stores with auto stuff.

Won't make it last for "years" but it's essential for gasoline stored in 
(or for) lawnmowers, generators, snowblowers, chainsaws, etc.

And, of course, vehicles that aren't being used much.  Run the engine a 
bit after adding the stuff so the Stabil-ized fuel gets run through the 
lines and FI bits.
