Anything over 15-20% will cause everything rubber in the fuel system
to fail much sooner than it would ordinarily.  I would think
converting the car would be an expensive challenge and a lot of labor.

Lots of marinas had busy summers dealing with fuel system problems
when the ethanol blends came out.
