Assuming it is the same as the Type 44 compressors... this is an o-ring seal
with a fairly convoluted shape. I would imagine you can retrofit a standard
circular o-ring with the right total length, alternatively find someone with
a "custom" o-ring kit which generally includes o-ring by the foot and glue
to seal the ends.

Make your own gasket. Find a matching gasket material, cut it out and goop
it up with the right sealant and you're set to go. There is seldom anything
magical about a gasket. Matching the sealant to the application is the trick
and the web can deliver that answer.
Back in the good old days we never bought a gasket that we could make, and
the sealants then were marginal. Today the variety of silicons and other
adhesives makes it easy.
