Sounds like cylinder wash...the walls of the cylinders can get washed with gasoline when you only start and run for a just a short moment or less. You lose all compression and the car won't run until it evaporates or gets scrubbed off by the rings. Let the car run a little longer when you do that.
It's happened on our old 1.8T A4, my UrS4, and even the Q7 occasionally.... Not really something to worry about if it's that isolated and not happening regularly.
