1998 Audi A4 V6 30V not starting.... Help!!

I would be more than willing to drive a few miles and pull the codes (for 
free) but something tells me that living 80 miles north of Portland and 80 
miles south of Seattle that the hopes of just a few miles just went out the 
door. Hate to mention another forum but if you dare the Audiworld or the new 
Quattroworld forums and lurk on the regional sections I am sure someone 
close to you would offer some help pulling the codes. Might cost a six-pack 
or something but a stand-up Audi guy wouldn't dream of charging you.
