hold off 908 #8 on the first lap was entertaining, and from what I could
recognize was not going to be possible for 24hrs. When it got by, it was
obvious that there was a significant speed difference between the 908 and
the R15. This was on lap 1. Since Team Peugeot learned from last years
mistakes it was all over from there. From lap 1.
Hope that this (in this case, it needs to be the car) will change next year,
IF Audi decides to continue. As well as Peugeot (it was announced in the
broadcast that Peugeot was seriously considering pulling out, no matter the
result. IMHO, the economy is really taking a toll on racing).
