Yup - as a bunch of local guys know (because I talk about it quite a bit) -
I've been subscribing to Hemmings S&E for a few years (since the 2nd yr I
think) anyway - yeah it's great. I'm not into the old British cars - which
they are slanted towards - but they are cool cars and they cover all sorts
of cool cars and more important - the articles are UNIQUE. Not the same old
blibber blabber every month. And Drivable Dream - best topic in any mag,
IMO. You catch the one where the guy drove an old unrestored Bugatti GP car
to the grocery store? Or the daily driven Porsche 356 Cab with duct taped
seats? Classic.
I've dropped every other subscription - but read Hemmings S&E cover to cover
every month.
Brandon

I subscribed to S&E too - and am dropping the commercial, redundant,
glossy, "isnt this new $200k car cool?" mags except, maybe Automobile
Hey, S&E actually has info on restoring and maintaining cars. Who have
thunk?
