Ok,  I checked rpm, crank position sensors with scope and they look fine, no
aberrations.

Signal on terminal 1 of the ignition coil look ok to me, meaning that ECU ignition
function is ok.

Ground to ECU is good.  Air, engine temp sensors are passed resistance check.  Oxygen
sensor is heated, ECU receives it signal (looks like in range 0.1-0.8 V).  What is left
to blame are rotor, cap, coil, wires and plugs.  

**** One thing surprised me:  why cold start valve is powered all the time?  Is it
supposed to?  ****
