OK.  Power on all the time (key on), ground provided by the ECU.  I was 
wrong in my previous post.  If the CSV is activated all the time, 
there's a ground issue, probably involving the ECU, unless some hack has 
been nice enough to provide one, or the wire has somehow grounded 
somewhere between the ECU and the valve.  John
