Oil Loss/Consumption/Pressure issue : Could it be Rear Main Seal?

It sure could. I'd replace that seal and see what happens. Of course,
at this point, the clutch disc is probably contaminated, so plan on
replacing at least the disc, and probably the throw out bearing and
input shaft seal while you have it apart.

How low was the oil? sounds like the pump was sucking air or something.
