Oil Loss/Consumption/Pressure issue : Could it be Rear Main Seal?

When I've warmed up I'm lucky to hit 3bar. Could the oil filter have
anything to do with this as well? Last oil change (car still quite new to
me) wasn't a MANN. Can I just spin off the old and on the new?

That sounds like normal oil pressure - hitting 5 bar when cold, you
should see 3-4 bar when revving warm, drops to 1.5 - 2 bar at warm idle
seem typical.

But you definitely have a nice oil leak at the rear main.
