Re: the little red setscrews, a little soaking of acetone (or nail polish remover) applied with a q-tip does wonders the first time the retaining screws are backed out. By now I would think any '95 still on the road would have had at least one ignition sw. replacement by now. I have done at least two on our '95 since we got it in 2002. I suggest making sure everything works (including the shift lock) before re-installing the IC, but maybe that is because I had to remove the IC twice one of the times I did this (a shiftlock issue IIRC). There are supposedly "good switches" and "bad switches" depending on color, vendor, phase of the moon....I think I have had two "good ones" fail so far so I think they are always suspect.
