engine speed and AT

Sounds to me like, in relation to activating a window switch, your
alternator is bogging the engine because it's compensating for a heavy load.
It may feel like a vibration if you have worn motor mounts. Normally, one
window shouldn't produce a load enough to do this. Does the window move as
it should or is it slow? If you do more than one window at a time, what
happens to engine idle?

I often roll up all four windows at a time manually with the switches using
both hands. When I do this there is a very obvious reduction in idle speed.
Your issue sounds somewhat similar.
