quattro Digest, Vol 63, Issue 24

You know it's kind of funny... I drove 4 of my cars yesterday back to back
on the same round trip and the Avant felt the most sporty of them all.

I've been watching gas prices and they seemed to be bottoming out so I went
and filled all four cars up for $1.569/g for Premium.

It was a 7.5 mile round trip and I did the calculations to determine that
the gas actually cost me $1.635/g, but I digress.

The cars were, in order:
93 V8 with Koni yellows, stock springs and snow tires
94 V8 w/Boge TG in front and stock rear and 225/50-16 SP8000s
91 V8 5spd w/Bilstein HD and cheapo Federal all seasons
91 Avant w/ very well seasoned HDs and snow tires.

It was really cool to do and I found that I still enjoy each and every one.

The Avant is clearly the sports car of the bunch.  ;-)
