... not always.  There have been times where Audi jumps the VIN sequence for
some reason.  You can see this in the VIN listings for the urq.  The other
thing you'd need to know is whether or not the 200Q was a separate model
from the other 200s ... I suspect all 200s may come from the same sequence.
TFA has a page that can help you see what the VIN sequence is ... i.e. what
VIN ran off the assembly line at the end of each month.
