It was finished extremely well. Notice that the roof rack has been cut down
and used as bed rails. The sunroof is still in place, but obviously could
only tilt as there's no place for it to retract into.
Bob D'Amato & I were only able to photograph it through a fence. We were
already pushing our luck to get to that access point. We figured climbing
the fence was actually breaking the law so that's the best we could do.
Does anyone know what became of this vehicle? Any listers in Germany see
this one the roads since 2005 when the pictures were taken?
