X 1/9, MR2, 914-6 and Fox

Having driven an MR2 in anger, I found it to be very capable, if a bit
uninvolving. They are safe cars, but FWIW I'd bet he'd done just as well in
the Fiat!!! (who'da thunk?). Never had a go at the other mid-engined beasts
meantioned, although I do have some envy of my fellow club member's
Preppared Class 914-8 (mildly worked chebby 350, lightened flywheel, all
go). Gawd, this is the way this list tends to go all over the automotive
map, it's great!!!!
