MFTS Install and/or Thermostat 91 200 TQM 10V

I think p/s pump proximity to the mfts on the 10v is similar, though may not
be as critical.

The 5-inch hose is below this area next to the block.  It connects two metal
pipes that run along the length of the block from front to back.
