On mine the water pump was done with the cambelt at 80 & 160k so hopefully no problems there.
I had the lower arms done under recall at 160k and recently changed all of the front links, one of the top joints was worn but a full kit of links was reasonable money and i didn't fancy taking it apart more than once.
