Oh gee, I hope you don't do that. You should start the car 
regularly and *drive* it for 20-30 minutes. If you just start it 
and let it idle, you may be charging the battery...slowly...but 
you're not doing the rest of the engine any good.

I just took out my A4 for a warmup on Saturday. Got it good and 
warm, made sure the turbo worked :)
