Wiper Resolution

Considering that the Owner's Manual provides no instructions for replacing
ANY of the exterior bulbs on the Passat, but suggests that you should go to
the stealer for replacement, you may just be right. Like the authors of the
owner's manual were on the marketing staff or something...
