Thermostat Change in progress. couple of questions. (i'm amazed i made it this far) 91 Audi 200 tqm 10v

Greetings this warm winter day.  Doing my thermostat. (against my better
judgement).  So far I'm happy to say i maangd to remove the power steering
pump (hoses intact) far enough to the side to remove one of the bolts on the
thermostat housing. the back one seems to be well hidden...i got so far with
my socket and then i'm into rad temp sensor (socket too hi ..it is std
size).  ANy great solutions for this one? I'm wondering if i shouold pull
the rad temp sensor to get access to the bolt. not wanting to do this.

here is the kicker. PO has green coolant. i dunno if it is G11 or not. ..it
is a 91.  I have jug of the blue G11.  Should i mix with the blue for now or
get some prestone green?   If it is G11 green the blue is ok from what I
gather.   If it is Prestone or what not will the G11 blue have problems with
it? From what I read it seems the G12 is the issue not G11 and Prestone etc.
