Yes, www.swedishbricks.net.

The SwedishBricks list caters mostly to the older series Volvos -- 
140s, 240s, 700, 900, 1800 series cars...the rear wheel drive 
vehicles mostly. We have a number of FWD fans on the list too, but 
both TurboBricks and the BrickBoard cater to later model cars.
