Clean and lubricate with a good spray, If they're grimy, you can use a
plastics safe electronics cleaner to blast out grease/dirt then follow up
with a good (not WD-40) lubricating spray. Boesheild T-9 would be the best
(and most expensive). I usually use something a bit cheaper.
