The OEM antenna is amplified in its base.  The exact replacement is a Fuba
Betaflex-D 17237, available on the web.

These antennas and integral amps are known to deteriorate over time and need
replacement. My '91 200 20v has over 310,000 miles and is on its third
antenna.......
