[V8] UFO brakes

I thought I remembered an email from somebody a while back saying BIRA had
sort of quit or disolved.  I have looked at their website recently too
though.

Honestly, if UFO availability is becoming an issue, I would suggest the
S4/G60 route simply because there are still "upgrades" to that available
from more than one source.  G60's are readily available and depending on how
you will use your Avant, they would be adequate for most needs.  If the
severity of those needs escalates, then you can look at upgrading.
