I think you're all right...I come from the Welsh pocket of Southeastern
PA...Gwynned, etc. My great grandmom was Welsh...Annie Rockett, which does
not match up with most of our local Welsh names...but I do think that
perhaps the message was encoded Welsh. Regards, Tom ( Irish, German,
English, Welsh, Dutch...I think that's it!
