we don't do transmission, altho I did a stick tranny with a friend
when I was 16
and harmonic balancers are out ... anything that is that
difficult I'll take to the shop.
but I think this place gave us a very high bid
and I question it ... it does not take all day to
do what they estiamted ... if it did they would
be outta business soon, lol
after we replaced both U joints
which my husband did a few days ago,
the van stopped vibrating so much
there is slight joint noise in the front end upon forest road
strain but it drives fine on the highways ....
I'll see what the other auto shop says
