S4 suspension clunking

Thanks Huw. So what does "everything" entail here?
  * lower arms x 4
  * upper arms x 4
  * tie rods (thanks for the suggestion there, Ti and Grant - no they 
haven't been replaced)
  * shocks?
  * Anything else?

It sounds... expensive :(.
