I am not familiar with you particular car but, If you are not reusing the hose you can cut above the fitting off and use a six point deepwell socket in most cases. (Along with some PB blaster)

Penetrating lubricant and vice grips. Works almost every time! =)
Seriously, this is what I have to use on old lines. With normal flares and
other specialty tools, the fittings still get rounded.
