Musical VINs

Although I tend to think I'm "clean" on this, it does occur to me...

'82 Coupe - swapped in later dash/interior parts.  Must have had to do 
*something* with the vin plate (probably drilled out rivets and attached 
it to new dash?)

'89 90Q - swapped in black interior, VIN is on metal and shows through a 
hole in the dash.  Can't see it anymore...

'78 Chevy K20 - was someone's "project" truck, built out of mix'n'match 
parts.  I've never looked on the truck for the VIN that has traveled 
with it on bits of paper, but I get odd results when the dealership asks 
for the VIN to tell me what parts I "need", and the registration lists 
it as a C20 (2wd not awd).

And I removed the ID plate from my '57 Trojan loader because it was in 
the way of adding some VAG gauges to the "instrument panel".

So I'm batting 0 for 4...
