I forgot about needing to rewire the 200's instrument cluster to the
5000. That would be a challenge.
The parking brake conversion would also be non-trivial -- this is
an issue because you'll be wanting to use the 200's center console
to fit with the dashboard. If you look at the family album, you'll
see that not only are the parts for the hand lever assembly different
but the lever mounting bracket stuff welded to the tranny tunnel
is different. At one time, I wanted to convert my parking brake
and center console to the 200's configuration so that I could use
the arm rest feature of the 200's driver's seat I had acquired. It
didn't take too long to realize that was not going to happen.
